Automation

Machine and line automation

We write and align PLC and CNC programs when a cycle, recipe or station changes. The aim is for the machine and the transfer to run on the same time.

Automated line with stations in sequence, safety fencing and an orange beacon.
Automated line in sequence

A typical case: an injection press upstream and a take-out robot that «sometimes» cannot find the part. The press vendor backs the press; the robot vendor backs the robot. We open the line PLC, the mould-open consent and the vacuum time. Often the fault is a 200 ms delay and an interlock written for the previous cycle. We fix that — not three service contracts.

BLK.AMACHINE

Tool and axes

The centre, lathe or press: where the part takes shape. Backlash, wear, offsets and the noise the program cannot see.

BLK.BPLC / CNC

Control logic

Feeds, interlocks, recipes, alarms. Ladder and ISO aligned to today’s cycle, not the factory acceptance test.

BLK.CLINE

Production sequence

Transfers, buffers, downstream stations. If the PLC flips the wrong bit, the whole cadence pays — not only the machine that raised the alarm.

Every plant is different: CNC make, PLC and layout are checked on site.

Service

How a job works

From the email to handing the machine back. Four steps, indicative times: we confirm them once we understand the stop.

Work on a stopped machine

Write the machine, the alarm code if you have one, how long it has been down and whether the next station is stacking. Three facts save a wasted visit and let us arrive with a hypothesis — bearing, terminal, bit. The rest is decided on the floor.

  1. STEP 01

    Request

    Same working day

Form or email, same reply channel. We need: machine model, symptom, whether the line is down. We do not ask for a phone number on the site: the channel is written, traceable, with no switchboard.

  2. STEP 02

    Diagnosis / site visit

    Within 24–48 working hours

Cabinet, program, mechanical assembly. Find the play before ordering the wrong spare or rewriting logic that is not involved.

  3. STEP 03

    Intervention

    Planned around the stop

Maintenance, cabling or a logic update. We keep the machine down only as long as the job requires and we record every replacement.

  4. STEP 04

    Sign-off

    End of intervention

Trial cycle, alarm check, sample part. No «we’re done» if the part coming off is still out of tolerance.

Times below are indicative and confirmed when the job is taken on.
