How a job works
From the email to handing the machine back. Four steps, indicative times: we confirm them once we understand the stop.

Write the machine, the alarm code if you have one, how long it has been down and whether the next station is stacking. Three facts save a wasted visit and let us arrive with a hypothesis — bearing, terminal, bit. The rest is decided on the floor.
STEP 01
Request
Same working day
Form or email, same reply channel. We need: machine model, symptom, whether the line is down. We do not ask for a phone number on the site: the channel is written, traceable, with no switchboard.
STEP 02
Diagnosis / site visit
Within 24–48 working hours
Cabinet, program, mechanical assembly. Find the play before ordering the wrong spare or rewriting logic that is not involved.
STEP 03
Intervention
Planned around the stop
Maintenance, cabling or a logic update. We keep the machine down only as long as the job requires and we record every replacement.
STEP 04
Sign-off
End of intervention
Trial cycle, alarm check, sample part. No «we’re done» if the part coming off is still out of tolerance.
Times below are indicative and confirmed when the job is taken on.
