What we cover on the shop floor and what we hand back at the end of a job. Each activity has a description and a delivery list.

Machining centre on an automotive part SRV.01 — Automotive
CNC machine maintenance
On an automotive line a stop is not an inconvenience — it is a batch that does not ship. We work on machining centres, lathes and cells when repeatability walks away: B-axis play, a singing spindle, offsets that will not settle after a tool crash. We measure, strip what we must, realign and hand back a sample part, not a statement that the job is finished. Automotive and precision components are the home ground; the method holds on any CNC that has to hold size.
Handover
- Diagnosis report with sizes, deviations and the assembly involved
- Backup of programs, offsets and tool tables before we start
- A preventive plan tied to spindle hours or batches, not a generic calendar

Line electrical cabinet SRV.02 — Industrial
Electrical systems
An alarm that «is not in the manual» often lives in the cabinet: a loose terminal, a residual-current device that trips at random, a signal cable run too close to power. We design and repair workshop and line electrics — cabinets, trunking, earth, stations, beacons. We start from the drawing you have (or the one that is missing), label, record and leave an as-built the next job can read. No «it holds» wiring without a label.
Handover
- As-built drawing of the cabinet and the intervention
- Terminal labelling and a check of the safety circuits
- Insulation test and a list of parts replaced

HMI panel and pushbutton station SRV.03 — Control
PLC and CNC programming
The machine can be fine and the line still down: a wrong interlock, a recipe that will not load, an ISO program written for a part from three years ago. We write and repair PLC logic, part programs and interfaces. We comment what we touch, keep the previous backup, and keep CNC and PLC aligned when a new station joins the sequence. We do not «rewrite the whole software». We isolate the bit that blocks the transfer and put it back on size with the rest of the cycle.
Handover
- Pre- and post-job backups, dated and versioned
- Commented logic on the branch we changed
- A trial cycle with alarms and interlocks checked on the floor

Machine being prepared for transfer SRV.04 — Relocation
Machinery trading
A used machine is not a pallet. Before it moves we read it: hours, chronic alarms, axis condition, tooling and paperwork. Then we strip, protect, move and — if asked — restart on the buyer’s floor. Trading is the trade; the check is what stops you buying a stop dressed as a bargain. We work on centres, lathes and cells, not an endless brand list.
Handover
- Technical checklist before purchase or sale
- Photo dossier of strip-down and loading
- Restart record if installation is in scope

Line layout review SRV.05 — Automation
Production and line consulting
Sometimes the machine runs and the line does not. Takt is wrong, the buffer is a car park, the operator waits for a consent that arrives late. We read the sequence like a drawing: stations, transfers, alarms, dead time. We propose two or three jobs in order of impact — a limit switch, a recipe, a cycle offset — and we measure them on a good part coming off the line. Consulting ends when the line changes behaviour, not when the PDF is delivered.
Handover
- A map of stops and bottlenecks on the real sequence
- A priority list of interventions, with the expected effect on cycle time
- A check after the change: part, time, alarms
